Over the weekend, we visited two developments. One of them is Pavillion 11. Very impressive layout, huge, nicely done up showroom. Completely sold out... and the cost? $1.5 million only! That's considered "cheap" according to the agent. Wondering how much she herself is earning and she can actually say that the condo is "cheap"!!
